rclone
A personal setup for backing up selected files and folders from a computer to the owner's Google Drive.
This Google OAuth application is operated by Velihan Doğrul to back up his own files. Transfers use the open source rclone command line tool.
How it works
The user selects local files or folders. A local upload queue copies them into the back/ folder in the user's Google Drive account. Transfer status and history are available on the same computer.
Google access is authorized through Google's own consent screen. This website provides information about the application; it has no file upload or Google sign-in form.
Google Drive access
rclone requests Google Drive access to locate the destination folder, list existing files, and copy selected files. The requested scope permits viewing, editing, creating, and deleting Drive files. This personal backup workflow copies the files the user selects.
Google access credentials and the upload queue stay on the user's computer. File contents are transferred directly to the user's Google Drive account and are not sent to this website.
Personal use terms
This setup is used by its owner for his own files. The user controls file selection, source availability, and the management of copies stored in Drive. Google access can be revoked from the Google Account connections page.
